Kadler farm is located in the northwestern Twin Cities metro area, just off of I-94 in Otsego. (Behind the Outlet mall) Our stable is a multi-discipline facility offering amenities necessary for dressage, jumping, hunt seat and pleasure. Kadler riders have the ability to explore multi-disciplines without ever leaving the barn.
Stable Amenities:
| A 62’ X 120’ indoor arena with excellent footing consisting of Airfoot and washed sand, with mag Chloride for dust control. A 110’ X 220’ outdoor sand arena with jumps. A big lounge with heated flooring, fully-equipped with Stereo, TV, VCR, and DVD; a recorder is available for taping lessons and rides. Our reference library includes books, DVD's and tapes . A huge heated tack room and bathroom. Two wash stalls with hot and cold water and one dry grooming stall. Maximum number of horses is 33. The main 12-stall barn stays above freezing and is bright with stalls approximately 11’ X 12’. Larger stalls also available. Owner lives on site. All horses are stabled at night with access to unlimited hay and water. Small group turn-out in 7 grass pastures. Horses available for sale and lease. Convenient to the trails of Crow Hassan, Lake Maria, and the Sand Dunes Park trails. On-site trailer parking. Trailer-in lessons are available.
